Annerly Cooper – Member at Large

Annerly Cooper is an Emergency Communications Supervisor at Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office (ACSO). She is also a Coach and Coordinator on the Crisis Intervention Team (CIT). Annerly serves on the board of Crisis Intervention Teams Association of Colorado. She was the 2019 Telecommunicator of the Year at ACSO and she hosts highly successful 40-hour CIT classes. Some of the things that most excite Annerly about NAMI’s work is how NAMI deeply resonates with her values and the current mission she is aiming to fulfill within her agency. Her dedication to mental health, with a specific focus on CIT, underscores her commitment to reducing stigma and enhancing support for both law enforcement and the general public. Annerly values the critical role that both NAMI and CIT play in providing valuable resources and advancing mental health awareness.
